02 Eligibility and Registration

2.2 Single Account Policy

03 Account Management
3.1 KYC Verification
To ensure security and prevent fraudulent activity, the company may conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. The following documents may be requested as part of the verification process:
- National ID Card (NID) or Passport
- Recent utility bill or bank statement (proof of address)
- Proof of ownership of the payment method (bKash, Nagad, etc.)
3.2 Account Inactivity
If there is no activity for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. In such a case, the user will be notified in advance by email.
3.3 Account Closure Request
You may request the closure of your account at any time by emailing [email protected] or through live chat. Any remaining balance will be returned through the standard withdrawal process before the account is closed.

05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
kk8x offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of 25 times the total bonus amount must be met.
For example: if you deposit ৳2,000, you will receive ৳2,000 as a bonus. To withdraw the bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳50,000 (2,000 × 25).
5.2 VIP Cashback Program
kk8x's four-tier VIP program offers weekly cashback:

5.3 General Bonus Terms

06 Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

- If an event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
- If incorrect odds are displayed, the company may recalculate using the correct odds.
6.2 Sports Betting

- Live betting markets change over time.
- Bets on abandoned matches may be voided if the match is less than 90% complete (this may vary by sport).
- Pre-match bets are accepted up until the start of the match.
6.3 Casino and Slots
All casino games and slots are governed by the rules of their respective providers. It is the user's responsibility to read the rules of a game before starting to play. If a game is left incomplete due to a technical issue, the company will settle it correctly according to the logs.
6.4 Fishing Games
When playing JILI Fishing Games (including Mega Fishing, All-star Fishing, Dragon Fortune, Bombing Fishing), the specific rules of each game must be followed. Each game may have its own multipliers and special features.
07 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and legal action:
7.1 Fraudulent Activities
- Operating an account using a false identity
- Operating multiple accounts by the same person
- Playing games using software, bots, or automation
- Intentionally exploiting system errors to gain an advantage
- Attempting to breach platform security
7.2 Financial Crimes
- Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities
- Making transactions using a third party's payment account
- Fraudulent payments made for the purpose of chargebacks
7.3 Collusive Manipulation
- Coordinating between multiple accounts to gain bonus advantages
- Colluding with other players in live games
- Match-fixing or using insider information
